Our firm is large enough to offer our clients legal counsel for a broad variety of legal matters, yet small enough to provide those services in a personal manner with individual attention to each client. Our firm is organized into a litigation group, a general business group, and an estate planning and probate group.

The litigation group consists of attorneys with significant experience in state and federal courts throughout Oregon. The group also handles administrative proceedings at the local, state, and federal level. Our litigation attorneys rigorously pursue our clients' interests while maintaining the highest level of legal, professional, and ethical standards.

 

The business group advises clients with all aspects of their businesses, including formation, business issues, employment, contract, real estate and land use, intellectual property, and succession planning. The group also assists nonprofit entities.

 

The estate planning and practice group counsels clients on all aspects of their estate plans, such as the creation of wills and trusts, advance directives for health care, probate matters, guardianships, conservatorships, and other elder law issues.
