Paradis
David Paradis has practiced as a trial lawyer since 1985. David specializes in civil trial work in state and federal court involving disputes arising from commercial transactions, real estate transactions and loans, easements, boundary lines, elder abuse, wills and trusts. David is also hired by insurance companies to represent people and businesses in claims arising from negligence, product liability, employment and professional malpractice.
David has been active in the Oregon State Bar since 1985. He has served as the Chair of the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee, and as a member of the Oregon Council on Court Procedures and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Committee. He is currently a member of the Local Rules Committee for the United States District Court of Oregon.
David earned his law degree from Willamette University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in 1985. He attained his undergraduate degree in Spanish and Political Science from Southern Oregon State College where he graduated Cum Laude in 1982.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and enjoys camping, hunting and fishing.
